The mannequins are being used in Guardian Response 18 at Muscatatuck Urban Training Center, so that service members can assess and treat casualties to see how they handle a multitude of different ailments. Army North executes the annual Vibrant Response consequence management exercise at the direction of Northern Command to confirm command and control elements of the nation’s CBRN response forces. Force Command’s linked exercise, Guardian Response, held at Muscatatuck Urban Training Center, validates how the subordinate units train to carry out the operations under the direction of a joint task force.
