Senior Airman Nate Phillips, 407th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron (ECES), Ali Air Base, Iraq, try's to keep himself cool in the 108 degree heat while providing security for his a "dirt doy" team laying a cement pad on Camp Mittica, Iraq, June 4, 2007. The 407th ECES is on the Iraqi base building a 220 foot by 200 foot cement drill pad that will be used by the Iraqi army to train their enlisted soldiers.
