BLACK SEA (July 15, 2021) Quartermaster 2nd Class Zachary Lober, assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Ross (DDG 71), prepares a Romeo flag to be flown as the ship practices a replenishment-at-sea approach in the Black Sea during the Bulgarian-led Exercise Breeze, July 15, 2021. Ross, forward-deployed to Rota, Spain, is on patrol in the Sixth Fleet area of operations in support of regional allies and partners and national security interests in Europe and Africa.
