TheMayer & England Co., of Philadelphia, has recently taken thegeneral sales agency for these devices and Is introducing themon a number of tors shown in operation on a type P du Pont double truck,with a No. 3S-A improved controller; one No. 18, 25-h. p. motor;one No. 27, 37-h. p. motor; one No. 18, 25-h. p. motor; and anarmature and field coil for the No. 34 motor. The special work department exhibited two steam railroadcrossings, girder crossing switches, etc., and the rail departmentshowed samples of various sections of rails. The Lorain Company has a large amount of its apparatus Inuse in Kansas City and vicinity, including du Pont single truckswhich are standard on the Metropolitan Street Railway, rails,motors, etc. Those representing the company were: Messrs.
