Turkey Vulture Soar

The afternoon was brisk for the area, with stout winds and cooler than average temperatures. The hike was up into the Huachuca Mountains, where at times, I could look down upon the soaring vultures. The steepness of the slope and the elevation made climbing a sometimes breathless endeavor. For clarity's sake, a vulture is not the same thing as a buzzard.
