James Bynum hold a press conference in the Air Operations building on board Naval Air Station (NAS) Meridian. Shoemaker introduced Bynum as the new Chief of Naval Air Training and gave an update on the issues that involve the On Board Oxygen Generator Systems on the T-45C Goshawk aircraft.
