Completed in 1888 Prospect Reservior or Dam was the first earth fill embankment dam built in Australia. This is the Outlet Tower.

This is the outlet tower near the dam wall and is connected to the Lower Valve House. Together they are used to lower the level of the dam when needed. Prospect Reservoir is connected by huge pipes to Sydney's biggest dam, Warragamba Dam
