This seal specifies the owner as the servant of one of the greatkings, or one of the same name, of the Cassites who ruled aboutthe first half of the fourteenth century B. c.^^ The loss of the thirdline breaks seriously into the sense of the seal, and leaves usquite in the dark as to what it could have been.
