Cartoon at Kolonel Borremans, 1831. Cartoon on the Colonel Borremans, a former brewer, who tried to achieve a counter-revolution in the favor of the Prince of Orange in March 1831. In a large wooden barrel, Colonel is borremans to make the spinning wheel brushes. Due to a window, he gets from King Willem I a change for 4000 guilders. Two pictures of Borremans are hanging on the wall as a brewer (avant) and hanging on the gallows (apres). Outside the barrel is the orangist co-minded Gregoire. In the caption the legend 1-5.
