CALLAO, Peru (July 17, 2017) - Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (MCPON) Steven S. Giordano greets Adm. Gonzalo Rios Polastri, general commander of the Peruvian navy, at the Naval Academy of Peru during UNITAS 2017. UNITAS is an annual multi-national exercise that focuses on strengthening our existing regional partnerships and encourages establishing new relationships through the exchange of maritime mission-focused knowledge and expertise through the exercise.
