SILVERDALE, Wash. (Nov. 22, 2016) – Lt. Cmdr. Savanna Steffen, Transient Personnel Unit (TPU) incoming commanding officer, exits through the sideboys at the closing of the TPU change of command ceremony held at the Naval Base Kitsap – Bangor Chapel. Steffen relieved Lt. Cmdr. Jay Hyler as commanding cfficer of TPU during the ceremony.
