One of five marble female statues at the back of the Loggia della Signoria, Florence, Italy. This one is identified as Agrippina Minor, Roman Empress and mother of Nero. The sculptures were discovered in Rome in 1541, and were housed in the Medici villa at Rome since 1584. They were brought to the Loggia della Signoria by Pietro Leopoldo in 1789 and all underwent extensive modern restoration.
