WASHINGTON DC, USA - The Robert A. Taft Memorial and Carillon is dedicated to the former Senator and son of President William Howard Taft. It was designed by architect Douglas W. Orr and consists of a bronze statue of the senator against a 100-foot high tower that forms the Carillon. It is located a block away from the Capitol on Constitution Avenue in Washington DC.
