On that day GouverneurMorris appears on the roll of the delegates (1). He had been pres-ent before, however, because Iladison notes that ho was a leaderin some of the discussions which place before the Convention conven-ed as to the plan of procedure (2) , Horris remained in theConvention -^nly a fovY days, and then he went to Hew Tork, returningagaixi on July 2. ^roin that tine on he v/as present contin-ijously^ ex-cept for one or two days, until the Convention adjourned.
