FORT KNOX, Ky. – Sgt. 1st Class Lonnie Clopton, network assurance noncommissioned officer in charge, 1st Theater Sustainment Command, teaches Soldiers how to use a Single Channel Ground and Airborne Radio System (SINCGARS), July 12. Upon completing the SINCGARS, the Soldiers are able to call for a 9-Line air medical evacuation request.
