Distribution.—Hitherto known only from the Kurile Islands, the present material from Bering Island indicates a considerable northern extension of the known geographical range of this species. Remarks.—These specimens agree closely with the careful descrip- tion and clear figures of Ii, and I have nothing to add to his account.
