City of Glasgow, Scotland. The Arthur Pearce designed Doulton Fountain with the William Leiper designed former Templetons Carpet Factory in the distant background. The Doulton Fountain was built by the Royal Doulton Company to an Arthur Pearce design to commemorate the reign of Queen Victoria. The former Templetons Carpet Factory has been redeveloped to residential dwellings.
