The repeating pattern consists of a hanging flower branch and a flying insect between two different forms of cartouches. The insects alternately concern a butterfly and an insect with four narrow wings. The motifs are connected to each other by a fine mesh soil, a drizzle soil. The full work is largely made of linen with openwork edges, a few cut-outs and net-fillings. Different motifs have cloned relief contours.
