I now present the model of the teeth of a lady 36 years old,all of whose upper front teeth closed inside of the lower ones. It will be seen that one lateral incisor and bicuspid and threemolars are missing, some of which were extracted years ago with thehope of correcting the irregularity, but the teeth had crowded togetherand the articulation was so changed as to give an unpleasant ex-pression to the features, and the fronts of the superior incisors werebecoming worn.
