Rows and rows of new cars stand in the port area as nothing but burnt out shells against the shells of destroyed buildings in the aftermath of the Tianjin explosions of the 12th August 2015. The multiple explosions happened in the Binhai New Area of Tianjin, China. The second larger explosion detonated 800 tonnes of ammonium nitrate with additional explosions over several days leaving smoldering rubble. Photo Jayne Russell 17th August 2015
