Marine Corps Gunnery Sgt. Luis Castro, a transmissions chief with the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (26MEU), participates in an “ice-breaker” drill in Setermoen, Norway, Feb. 8, 2021. Marines with the 26MEU participated in cold weather training, led by Norwegian Army instructors, to familiarize themselves with survival in extreme cold weather conditions. The training also enhances interoperability with allies and partners around the world.
