Type: Very decorative early 19th century antique hand-coloured engraved map. Text in French. The Delaware Wedge is a small triangular strip of land where the borders of Delaware, Maryland & Pennsylvania meet. Ownership of the land was disputed until 1921. On this map it is shown as part of Pennsylvania; it is now recognized as part of Delaware.
