CAMP ARIFJAN, Kuwait – Soldiers listen and respond with questions and commentary during the interactive training provided by Capt. Megan Welch, victim advocate for the 28th Infantry Division. More than 90 soldiers attended the division Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion’s initial SHARP training while deployed to Kuwait, March 19. The unit plans a series of SHARP trainings throughout its deployment. (
