A traditional singer in local costume prepares to perform in a house in Hue Vietnam

Vietnam - Hue. Ms Nguyen Tan Ton Nu Ynhi, a traditional vocalist in typical Hue costume - she wears the silk Ao Dai dress - at Mr Vinh Tu's house Tha Om. The house has been in Mr Vinh's family for four generations and is over one hundred (100) years old. Mr Vinh is an architect and has restored the house to it's former glory over a number of years. The dining area is sometimes made available to diners who are served traditional Hue cuisine.
