The Right Honourable, Lord Provost of the City of Edinburgh, Frank Ross, officially welcomed the Japan Ground Self Defence Force Central Band to the city today. The Band, who are taking part in The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo for the first time, presented a flavour of their performance to awaiting festival crowds within the grounds of the City Chambers.
