Bridgend Wakes UK 10 June 2020 The site of the proposed factory which would have built the Ineos Grenadier, which is an updated version of a Landrover Deffender 4x4 car. The factory would have brought jobs to Bridgend which has now seen the closure of the Ford Engine Plant. The decision to pull out of Bridgend was taken by Sir Jim Ratcliffe of ineos, the chosen site is now an ex Daimler Benz site in France . Picture by Richard Williams
