The State finally came to the relief of bothstation and bondholders by redeeming the bonds of the county and bymaking further appropriations for the erection of buildings, the pur-chase of live stock, etc., and the present equipment was completed onJune 3, 1897, by the dedication of the administration building, severalminor buildings having been previously erected. ORGANIZATION. There is at present no connection between the station and the collegeof agriculture of the State University. The station, however, stilloccupies about 7 acres of the university farm, which is used as a sub- U. S. Dept. of Agr., Bui. 80, Office of Expt. Stations.
