Re-Footing.—Unpick the foot until the bad placesare taken out, then re-work from that place. Re-Heeling or Grafting, as shown in Fig. 551. Theheel of a stocking wears out before the other parts, butcan be renewed as follows : Cut away the bad heel, andpick the stitches up where the heel was first commenced,upon fine short pins.
