Various systems of cost finding, mill book-keeping, etc., areexplained, also lectures are delivered from time to time on themany problems involved in bleaching and finishing of plain andfancy cottons. c 65 COTTON course; COTTON YARN MANUFACTURE The work of this branch of instruction will consist of a moredetailed study of some of the processes covered in the First YearCourse (see page 50), and a careful study of pickers, combers andthe self-acting mule.
