Out along what is officially platted as South Temple Street, but which, for half a century has been and probably always will be known as Brigham Street, we take our way. Here we pass two great religious edifices, the Cathedral of Utahs Catholic Bishopric, and the new home of the Presbyterians. Both denominations are strong in Salt Lake City. The Catholics are represented by many powerful and solid institutions including All Hallows College, St. Marys Academy and Holy Cross Hospital. The Cathedral is a massive structure of beautiful design and great cost. Presbyterian Church is an architectural gem and a credit to the city.
