The Red Rebels are seen pointing at the plaque of the Court of Justice Tuesday 1 December, Milieudefensie (Friends of the Earth Netherlands) will face Shell in court. The plaintiffs want Shell to take a more sustainable course. The full legal costs of €500,000 have been covered by donations. The Red Rebels from Extinction Rebellion, and a group of climate activists that have been cycling from the North of the country in stages to draw attention to the climate case, delivered the donation check to the lawyer Roger Cox and his team in front of the courts.
