Boneset. or Thorough wort, is found in low meadows, in ditches, and along streams. It was dedicated to Eupator .Mith ridates, who is said to have used the European species in medicine. Probably the efficacy of this herb is not over- rated. The Indians were the first to discover its virtues, and they called it Ague Weed.
