Closely allied to itsEuropean cousin, the Indian Wild Swineis a slightly taller animal, and has a crestor mane of long black bristles runningfrom the nape of the neck along the boars weigh about 270 lbs., and intheir natural state are very ferocious. Itwill be noticed that the little pigs are verycuriously marked with stripes and many. visitors have enquired if they are reallythe young of the pair with them.
