30/06/14 A rider at the summit of Holm Moss. Amateur cyclists are flocking to the route of this weekend's Tour de France to take on the steep climbs in The Peak District. With the route lined with banners, bunting, no-parking signs and field art the riders could almost imagine the are riding the race itself - albeit at a somewhat slower pace.
