In this shot California Gulls (the Utah State Bird) rest on the icy waters of Farmington Bay Waterfowl Management Area near Farmington, Utah. This beautiful area, managed by the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources, is a great place to view many different species of birds. Hundreds of thousands of waterbirds, songbirds and raptors visit this area during the migration and nesting seasons. More than 200 different species have been documented on the management area. This view looks east toward Farmington and Centerville, Utah and the Wasatch Mountain Range.
