SAN DIEGO (July 2, 2018) Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD) Commanding Officer Capt. Joel Roos and Command Master Chief Patrick Mangaran greet volunteers and personnel from the Drug and Alcohol Program Advisor (DAPA) department during a safety stand down prior to the Fourth of July holiday. The NMCSD DAPA team set up an interactive display and educated staff, patients, and visitors in efforts to raise awareness and combat alcohol and drug related incidents.
