Sword Fern {Nephrolepsis Exallata)—In well-grown speci- mens the fronds attain a length of six or seven feet, but only one to three inches wide, and, like plumes, arching over in every di- rection in a most graceful manner. This beautiful Fern is ex- cellent for outside planting in shady borders. It is a very fine plant for hanging-pots or baskets on the piazza in summer, and conservatory or window in winter. Our cut conveys but a very poor idea of its gracefulness and beauty. Price, 15 cents.
