Lions Gate Bridge at twilight, time-exposure image. This suspension bridge crosses Burrard Inlet from the city of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, to the municipality of North Vancouver. The bridge, which carries road traffic, is 1,823 metres long. The road deck crosses the water at a height of 61 metres. The span between the two towers is 473 metres, and the towers are 111 metres tall. The Lions Gate Bridge was opened in 1938.
