Occupy DC Protesters gather in McPherson Square to protest of Park Police plans to enforce regulations prohibiting camping in Washington, on Monday Jan. 30, 2012. Protesters covered the statue in the center of the park with a tarp, called the "Tent of dreams." The regulations to be enforced relate to bedding and sleeping supplies kept within tents in the occupy encampment, as well as the act of sleeping in the tents at night.
