A flintlock blunderbuss with folding stock, France/Italy, circa 1760. Two-stage barrel, octagonal then round after a baluster with a funnelled oval muzzle. Flintlock. Lavishly carved walnut full stock with folding butt, iron furniture. Side plate with belt hook. Replacement wooden ramrod with horn tip. Tiny crack in the lockplate underneath the frizzen, minor professional repair to the small of the stock and drying crack in front of the lockplate.
