Army Capt. Kevin Mercer, the officer in charge of the 205th Corps Training Team, observes as an Afghan National Army trainer adjustes the site on an M-16 rifle in Kandahar, Afghanistan, Jan. 23, 2008. The trainers will qualify with the M-16 rifle then assist with the issue of M-16s to Afghan soldiers of the 205th Corps.
