The management accepts grades ofequal value from other institutions of learning, yet the applicantfor a degree is required to do a reasonable portion of his workhere. No diploma is granted on grades madewholly in otherinstitutions. No student carrying more than two subjects will be ex-cused from the Final Examination during his Senior OHIO NORTHERN UNIVERSITY 1 ! Every candidate for a degree must prepare a thesis uponsome technical or scientific studj-, which lies within the field ofthe degree sought, and may either be designing, construction,testing or research, and if the latter a minimum of 5000 wordswill be required.
