Stennis (CVN 74) gets underway from Naval Station Norfolk as Commander, 2nd Fleet orders Navy ships and aircraft in the area to sortie on Sept. 4 ahead of Hurricane Dorian, which is forecasted to bring high winds and heavy rain to the East Coast.
