TUCSON, Ariz. – Tucson Sector Border Patrol agents assigned to the Douglas Station arrested a male Mexican national with felony and misdemeanor criminal charges out of Raleigh, North Carolina. Following his arrest west of Douglas on Sept. 10, 2016, agents conducted a records check and found he was arrested by the Raleigh Police Department and charged with setting a fire, resisting a public officer, assault on a female and assault on a child under 12.
