This duty of a Coun-cil has never been abrogated, but is seldom exercised. The Grand Feast-day of Princes of Jerusalem shall becelebrated on the 23d day of the eleventh month, Adar,which is the anniversary of the day when thanks weregiven to the Almighty for the reconstruction of theTemple. Their other Feast-days are as follows : The 20th day of the tenth month, called Tebet,when the ambassadors made a triumphant entry intoJerusalem, on
