The Halberd Gate (also known as the Daji Gate) is part of the People's Cultural Palace (previously the Taimiao Ancestral Temple) in Beijing. This traditional Chinese building, with the low bridges in front of it that cross a small pond, was the gate to the main courtyard of the complex.
