Ellen Petrie Derek Jameson's wife arrives to St Bride's Church to attend his memorial service in London Britain 28 November 2012. The Fleet Street veteran, who edited the Daily Express, the Daily Star and the News of the World, following his death from a heart attack in September. Many of his former colleagues expected to attend. Follows private funeral that took place in September.
