As a still furtherguide to the riding public,a neatly framed poster wasinstalled on the sidewalkside of each of these card shows the num-bers of the car routes whichstop at that location. Thiswas necessary since not allof the cars passing over acertain line stop at everycorner. This card gives the number of those routeswhich do stop at that point and also some general in-formation about what routes run to certain NEAR-SIDE STOP POSTKK The Toledo Railways & Light Company, Toledo, Ohio,fittingly observed Flag Day on June 14 by hanging a newAmerican flag, 4 ft. x 2x/2 ft., on the trolley rope of everyone of the 300 cars of the company. As the cars trav-eled along with the flags waving in the breeze, there wasmuch favorable comment from the people on the streets.
