The British General Sir John C. Westall (1901-1986, Right), Commander Royal Marines, by the commander of the Mariniers General-Major of the Mariniers ROMSWINCKEL (1906-1981, Left) Received for a visit to the E55 exhibition in Rotterdam. The E55 was an exhibition (May-August 1955) to show the world how the reconstruction of our country was taken to hand and how far we were in that time again. The KM was also present on the E55.
