JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska -- Lt. Col. Kenneth Radford took command of the 176th Wing's 176th Operations Group in a ceremony here June 13, 2018. He previously commanded the wing's 249th Airlift Squadron. Col. Thomas Bolin relinquished command of the operations group as he headed to further serve the Alaska National Guard at Joint Forces Headquarters.
